Need Help With a Claim, Issue, or Return?

Our Return Policy:

Standard stock color moldings and unused flooring accessories are considered stocked inventory items and are returnable. To return these items simply click the proper form listed in the "Download Custom Forms" section on this page, fill it out & submit.  

Refusing of orders that are not damaged will result in the customer being charged the shipping cost (going to and coming back) as well as the restock fee.

All claims for damages (concealed or otherwise) must be reported within three (3) days of order delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

    • Any production quantities greater than 200 per SKU.
    • Coordinating Moldings and Custom Color moldings made to order including: VersaEdge Extra Tall, Slim Cap, and our Moisture Proof Moldings.
