How to Order
There are four easy ways to place your Versatrim order:
- Order Online – Simply click the ORDER ONLINE button in the menu above and create an online account with us
- Email or Fax a Completed PDF Order Form to 252.430.8801 or orders@versatrim.com (Order form PDFs are located at the right for download).
- Fill out & Submit an Order Form Online
- Email or Fax Your Purchase Order from Your System to 252.430.8801 or orders@versatrim.com.
- Call Our Order Desk at 1.866.200.8132 – Select option 2 when prompted.
- Upload a Completed PDF Order Form Below (Order form PDFs are located at the right for download).

Molding Program Options
Our 4 Program Options to Make Ordering Moldings Simple
Stocking Inventory Program (Custom Colors)
30 Piece Minimum Per Color & Shape
Versatrim can create custom coordinating trims for the floors you send to us. Once the matching process is complete and colors are approved, they will be available for you to order directly from Versatrim. Production will be required for volume quantities of 30 pieces or more in the same shape and color. This process can take 4-6 weeks for production and product to ship from our facility. Volume pricing is available if you qualify. Please contact your Inside Sales Representative at Versatrim for more information.
Quick Ship Program (Stock Colors)
No Minimums
Versatrim offers 60 colors that we keep in stock for quick ship purposes in certain profiles. We have a Standard Stock color board that displays the top colors in the program. We also have a color book to show the entire 60 color collection. Most items will ship in 2 business days.
Coordinating Molding Program (CMP)
No Minimums
Versatrim will create custom coordinating moldings for the floors you send in which once approved would be added to our online store www.versatrimorders.com and made available for any distributor or retailer to order. At this point you can begin to order directly from Versatrim. This would eliminate your need to inventory the moldings as we would inventory the surface material for your colors and would produce the moldings as they are ordered. Once colors are approved and set up in our system, the customer can expect a lead time of up to 4 weeks for any orders that are less than 30 pieces of the same shape and color to be shipped from our facility.
Combo Option:
CMP & Direct Ship/Stocking Program
Versatrim will create custom matches for the floors you send in which would be available for all to order. Once the matching process is complete all floors would be added to our website www.versatrimorders.com. You could then begin stocking, ordering as needed, or submitting orders to direct ship to your customers. We can look at volume/special price programs if you intend to stock. Unless the order is for one of our quick ship program colors and profiles, you can expect a lead time of up to 4 weeks for any orders that are less than 30 pieces of the same shape and color to be shipped from our facility. Orders of 30 pieces or more of the same shape and color can take 4-6 weeks to ship.

Need Help With a Claim, Issue, or Return?
Our Return Policy:
Standard Stock Color moldings are considered inventory and are returnable, except the VersaEdge Extra Tall, Slim Cap, and our Moisture Proof Moldings which are produced per order and are considered non-returnable. For all other standard color moldings, simply fill out & submit the form to the left.
Any production quantities greater than 200 per SKU are also non-returnable.
Coordinating Moldings and Custom Color moldings are made to order and are non-returnable.
All claims for damages (concealed or otherwise) must be reported within three (3) days of order delivery.
Refusing of orders that are not damaged will result in the customer being charged the shipping cost (going to and coming back) as well as the restock fee.
If you have images you would like us to review, you can upload up to five (5) JPGs or PDFs in the form below. We do not except zipped files. If you prefer to email them to us, send your images along with your order# to: support@versatrim.com

Warranty
We Offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on ALL of Our Moldings
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Laminate Moldings:
Laminate Moldings provides the following conditional limited warranty of its Versatrim® molding for the lifetime of the original purchaser:
- The laminate surface will not wear through
- The molding will not stain
- The molding will resist damage from moisture due to damp-mopping and small everyday spills when removed promptly
